Step 5<\/strong>: Once you have removed the old battery, it is time to install a new one. But, before placing the new battery, make sure that all terminals are clean and free from corrosion. If corrosion is present, you can remove it with a baking soda and water solution. Once the terminals are clean, insert the new battery in its place.<\/p>\n

Step 6:<\/strong>\u00a0Reconnect the positive cable first by re-tightening the nut clockwise until the cable is secure. Then do the same procedure with the negative cable.<\/p>\n
